Product Questions

• Will my specific deck box/binder fit in Pirate Lab cases?
  Search on our fit page for the exact model of box/binder you have to check whether it will fit in a Pirate Lab case.
• How can I get notified about new products?
  Join our email list! We promise to contact you only about exciting new launches. You can find the signup on the bottom of any page (even this one!).
• How can I write a review on a product?
  We’d love to hear from you! You can leave a review on any product page, on Amazon.com, or you can simply email us your feedback and—with your permission, of course—we’ll share it with the world.

Payment & Security Questions

• What forms of payment do you accept?
  We accept any credit or debit card with an American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
• Do you charge sales tax on any item?
  Sales tax is automatically calculated based on the shipping address for your order. We charge sales tax in Illinois.

Shipping & Returns Questions

• When will I receive my order?
  Orders typically ship within 1 business day. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships. Domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping are typically received within 3-5 business days. International orders may take longer, and depending on your shipping destination, you may be required to pay local taxes or duties upon arrival. 
• I need to return my order, what should I do?

Warranty Information

We stand behind everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your expectations, return it to Pirate Lab for replacement or a refund. Damage due to misuse is not covered under this warranty.
