Pirate Lab miniatures trays measure either 12” x 15.5” (full size) or 12” x 7.75” (half size) and fit perfectly in our miniatures case and large card case.
This sizing also means that our trays and cases are compatible with certain Battle Foam ® P.A.C.K. ™ System trays. Any tray that fits inside the Battle Foam ® P.A.C.K. ™ 1520 XL Molle, P.A.C.K. 216, P.A.C.K. 432 Molle, P.A.C.K. 720 Molle, P.A.C.K. Air, P.A.C.K. Go, P.A.C.K. 216, or P.A.C.K. Plus by Battle Foam, LLC* will also fit inside our Pirate Lab figure case, and vice versa. Battle Foam P.A.C.K. Mini, P.A.C.K. C4, or P.A.C.K. Max trays [and other third-party trays] do not fit inside our Pirate Lab cases, and vice versa.
Snip Foam
Snip Foam trays are designed to be cut to specific heights as well as specific depths for the most secure hold possible for those hard-to-contain miniatures. Pirate Lab miniatures trays are available in five compartment configurations in up to three depths per tray (1”, 1.5”, and 2”).

Pluck Foam
Pluck Foam trays are designed to be fully customizable to store any odd-shaped or large miniatures figures. Just pinch and remove the foam pieces to fit your miniatures, and it’s ready to use. The pluckable pieces are 15 mm wide and run the full depth of the tray.
Quality Foam Protection
Trays are available in a variety of depths depending on the configuration, and all tray depth measurements refer to the internal depth of the soft PU foam. There is a protective 0.2” (5 mm) layer of durable XPE foam on the bottom of each tray.

Snip Foam™ trays are designed to be cut to specific heights as well as specific depths for the most secure hold possible for those hard-to-contain miniatures. The walls are spaced 15 mm apart and won’t move like often happens with pluck foam because they’re glued in place; no more worries about figures spilling between compartments. Pirate Lab’s innovative new foam gives you ultimate flexibility when designing a carrying system for your army.
